Veterinary Surgeon
We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive and supportive team, offering an excellent balance of clinical development, autonomy and work-life balance.
The Role
- 4-day working week
- Up to £80,000 DOE
- 1 in 4 weekends, mornings only, with time off in lieu
- Varied and engaging caseload with opportunities to develop your clinical interests

Clinical Opportunities
The role offers exposure to a broad and interesting caseload, with opportunities to develop skills across areas including:
- Soft tissue surgery
- Laparoscopic/keyhole surgery
- Advanced dentistry
- Diagnostic imaging
- Endoscopy
- Orthopaedics
- Internal medicine
- Advanced imaging
- Ophthalmology
- Stem cell treatments
You’ll have access to excellent equipment and clinical support, allowing you to build on your existing skill set and pursue areas of particular interest.
About You
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Confident working across a varied first-opinion caseload
- Passionate about delivering high standards of clinical care
- A collaborative team player with a positive approach
- Keen to develop your clinical skills and take advantage of further opportunities
