The Basics
Salary: £45,000 — £65,000+ depending on experience, certificates and AP status 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts between 7:30am and 7:30pm 1 in 6 weekends and bank holidays — with 2 days off in lieu for every weekend worked No on-call requirements
The Role
You will be based at a busy branch clinic, working as part of a collaborative, multi-site group with access to emergency and OOH cover through a dedicated night team, and referral support through an in-house Advanced Practitioner referral service. Clinical freedom is genuinely at the heart of how this group operates — you will have the space to do what is right for your patients, every time.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of GP experience and a genuine passion for developing their clinical skills. What matters most here is that you share the values that underpin everything this practice does — humility, respect, empathy, hard work, honesty, communication and teamwork.
