Are you an experienced General Practitioner with a strong interest in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC), surgery, and inpatients? Join our client's RCVS Accredited 24/7 Hospital in West Yorkshire for a permanent, full-time role that champions clinical progression and work-life balance!

This is an opportunity to practice high-quality, advanced medicine within a dedicated team structure, managing a diverse and complex caseload supported by certificate holders.

The Role: Variety & Advanced Caseload

We are seeking a confident Vet with strong GP experience who is eager to handle both first-opinion cases and high-level emergency work.

• Caseload: Enjoy the best of both worlds—the variety of a busy general practice combined with the advanced, challenging case continuity expected in a hospital setting (supporting 16 referring surgeries).
• Focus Areas: This is a blend of ECC, surgical, and medical inpatient management.

Structured Rota & Flexibility

Work within a family-run environment dedicated to providing a thriving team culture.

• Work Week: 4 days per week (Monday–Friday).
• Shift Structure: Your week will typically include:
  • 1 x Surgical shift (General Practice).
  • 1 x Consulting shift (30-minute sick pet consults as standard).
  • 2 x Late Inpatient/ECC shifts (ending at 10:00 PM—covering hospital handover, inpatient care, emergency transfers, and ECC procedures/consults).
• Weekends: Manageable 1 in 4 weekends (10-hour shifts, mainly ECC and inpatient care with 30-minute consults, NO sole charge).
