Salary: £65,000 DOE + Welcome Bonus
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours)
Global Veterinary Careers is supporting a progressive multi-site veterinary practice network in West Yorkshire with the recruitment of a Senior Medical Veterinary Surgeon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vet looking to take on clinical leadership, mentor colleagues, and work in a supportive, collaborative, and modern practice environment.

The Role
- Provide clinical leadership and support to veterinary colleagues
- Deliver high-standard medical care, particularly in general medicine or ECC
- Uphold clinical governance, compliance, and practice protocols
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to team culture, and support professional development
- Confidently interpret diagnostics and make effective clinical decisions
- Maintain excellent client communication and relationships
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
About You
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with extensive experience
- Ideally holds a Medical or ECC Certificate, or has a bias of experience in these areas
- Confident, proactive, and able to provide leadership and mentorship
- Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
- Committed to clinical excellence and client care
