An RCVS accredited, exceptionally well equipped hospital in West Yorkshire is looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias to join a highly skilled team of 18 Vets including many certificate holders handling a varied and advanced surgical caseload. The ideal candidate will have or be willing to undertake a PgC or equivalent in surgery and have some orthopaedic experience. They will have the ability to perform both routine and advanced surgical procedures, carry out first class medical/surgical care and mentor junior colleagues. They will have proven veterinary experience, be confident taking surgical referrals, be accomplished communicators and be comfortable working as part of a team or alone. This is a permanent full or part time position with 1:4 weekends on a rota but no routine OOH commitments.
