A well-established small animal practice in West Yorkshire is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon.
The role is solid — two theatres, five consult rooms, dental suite, digital X-ray and ultrasound, a loyal client base, a team where many vets and nurses have been in place for years. That is all good. But the bit that stood out is the development backing.
Fully funded postgraduate qualifications — CertAVP, PgC — with tuition, exams and study leave all covered. Access to over 450 CPD courses. Multiple certificate holders already in the team and others working towards them. This is a practice that takes clinical development seriously. Up to £60,000 depending on experience. Forty hours, rota flexibility, part-time considered.
