JR is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients experienced and friendly team in Wiltshire providing exceptional veterinary care to their patients and clients.
As Lead Vet, you will provide hands-on clinical care while ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the practice. Responsibilities will include
- Leading clinical standards and compliance
- Guiding and coach the veterinary and nursing teams
- Maintaining strong client relationships with clear communication
- Supporting the Practice Manager in commercial performance
This practice features 3 consultation rooms, a theatre, dental/digital Xray, ultrasound, K laser and pharmacy, as well as a busy caseload and loyal client base (20+ years established) you will be supported by a strong, stable nursing and reception team.
This is a permanent full time role working 4 days a week with 1:3 Saturdays.
