An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an established, independent veterinary group in the Swindon / North Wiltshire area.
This is a well-established practice with a strong emphasis on high clinical standards, team support and professional development, operating across multiple sites and with excellent facilities at its main clinic — including a gold-standard cat-only clinic and the ability to manage a wide range of medical and surgical cases in-house.
🩺 The role
This would suit a confident veterinary surgeon who enjoys both medical and surgical work and is looking to take on a senior position within a supportive team.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
• Take responsibility for the clinical team when other vets are unavailable
• Manage a varied surgical caseload
• Develop your own role around your clinical interests
• Support and coach other members of the veterinary team
• Get involved with CPD and ongoing clinical development
A surgical or medical certificate would be welcomed, but further qualifications aren't essential.

✨ £62,000–£64,000 starting salary, with a salary review at the end of probation
