JR is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our clients team. This role involves consulting and performing surgeries as well as working alongside a pro-active and supportive team of professionals who ensure exceptional care is at the heart of everything they do in order to provide first class clinical care to their patients and clients. Situated in a friendly town this clinic is close to the local amenities, great schools and surrounding countryside. The surgery offers fantastic facilities including dental x-ray, ultrasound and in house laboratory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to the patients during consultations and procedures
- Provide exceptional care to the clients, giving clear updates on patients
- Prepare tailored and accurate treatment plans for each patient with clear cost estimates
- Engage, mentor and develop the team
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfer for any patients needing out of hours care
- You will be RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Experienced working effectively as part of team
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
- Experience supporting nurse led consultations
- Excellent communication skills
This is a Permanent role with the choice of Full Time working 4 days a week OR Part Time working 2-3 days a week. Monday-Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm and 1:3 Saturdays.
This role offers a salary up to £60,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
