The Role & Your Impact
As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will work collaboratively with the Practice Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to drive the surgery forward.
- Lead with Empathy: Mentor the team and foster a supportive, collaborative culture.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure high standards of patient care and protocol compliance.
- Strategic Input: Assist with rota planning and team wellbeing to ensure a sustainable working environment.
- Client Relationships: Build trusted, long-term relationships with a loyal local community.
