We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and forward-thinking Veterinary Surgeon to join a brand-new, purpose-designed practice in Kidderminster. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up team where you can shape the future of the practice from the ground up.
Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE (D.O.E.)
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality veterinary care, focusing on both general surgery and medicine. You will have the chance to make a significant impact, driving performance and enhancing the client experience in this exciting new venture.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, strategic, and have a passion for veterinary medicine. You should be confident in both surgery and medicine, with excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
Work Hours:
- 40 hours per week, between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm
- 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (to increase to a full day and 1 in 3 Saturdays once the team expands)
- Open to part-time applications
