The BEVA Congress exhibition hall will be buzzing this September, with more than 100 exhibitors ready to welcome delegates to the ICC Birmingham from 9–12 September 2026.
“With 95 commercial companies and eight charities taking part, this year’s exhibition is bigger than ever,” said Jocelyn Conference and Commercial Manager at BEVA. “Whether you’re catching up with trusted suppliers, looking for the latest innovations transforming equine practice or simply keen to pick up some fun freebies, make sure the exhibition hall is firmly on your Congress itinerary.”
There’s also a chance to get hands-on in the exhibition hall. Arthrex will be bringing its wet lab to Congress giving delegates the opportunity to develop and refine practical skills under the guidance of experienced clinicians.
Become a Vet Detective
This year, the exhibition hall is getting a Cluedo-inspired makeover with Vet Detectives - an interactive adventure designed to get delegates exploring every corner of the hall.
A colourful cast of characters from the world of equine practice, will be concealed within the exhibition hall, including Dr Dose, Drew Blood and Professor Pulse. Each has their own motive and signature veterinary instrument, and the challenge is to follow the clues and uncover the mystery.
Clue cards can be collected from the registration desk, before heading to the exhibition to track down the characters. Find a character and then visit the stand linked to their instrument to collect a matching sticker.
The more stickers collected, the bigger the prize! A rare golden character card will be hidden somewhere in the exhibition each day. The first to find it will take home a vintage Cluedo bookshelf edition.
Exhibition Stand Awards
BEVA’s annual stand awards celebrate the creativity, innovation and dedication of Congress exhibitors, with prizes awarded for:
- Best Shell Scheme Stand
- Best Free Design
- Sustainable Stand Award
This year, the winners will be chosen by BEVA Council members and revealed during Thursday’s Happy Hour.
For long-standing exhibitor Tullis Matson, owner and managing director of Stallion AI Services, the exhibition is a highlight of Congress.
“I've been to a lot of conferences all over the world really, but BEVA really stands out and this is my 26th year of attending! It's an opportunity to meet those vets you speak to on the phone which is brilliant. BEVA just gets it really right. It's about having fun and learning which, as an exhibitor, is a perfect mix.”
BEVA Congress provides access to more than 90 hours of CPD spanning the full breadth of equine practice - from advanced imaging and orthopaedics to reproduction, behaviour, ambulatory care, and practice management. The programme is designed by practising equine vets and nurses and built around real clinical challenges, with a strong emphasis on practical take-home insights that can be applied immediately in practice.
Congress registration includes access to all lecture theatres and exhibition halls, full entry to the virtual Congress hub and on-demand access to Congress content for six months after the event.
