The nation’s original chunky treat range from the SPILLERS™ brand is getting new and improved packaging. The new bags will be resealable for freshness and convenience, and every pack will be recyclable for reduced impact on the environment.
SPILLERS™ Treats are the perfect mouth size and delicious, making them ideal to use as a reward or training aid. The range is being made available in handy-on-the-go resealable 1kg packs made from 30% recycled content that can also be recycled again.
“Our new packs have been designed following feedback from our many SPILLERS Treats fans,” said Claire Dyett, Marketing Manager at Mars Horsecare, home of the SPILLERS brand. “The resealable packs are easy to use and keep the Treats fresher for longer, while our 30% recycled content is kinder to the planet. The fresh colourful new design is also sure to brighten any tack room shelf!”
SPILLERS™ Treats are renowned for being chunky, non-crumbly and delicious. Their firm texture means they can be safely kept to hand in a pocket without making a mess.
They are available in three traditional flavours, Apple, Spearmint and Meadow Herb, all proven to be loved by horses. There is a ‘+’ range too, boosted with the additional benefits of either biotin or glucosamine. The new packs will be available as1kg, with Meadow Herb fans being able to take advantage of a value 3kg pack size for the whole yard as well.

The new bags are being rolled out over the next few months, once existing old packaging stocks have been used up, to avoid waste.
