Award-winning pet insurance provider ManyPets UK and inspiring pet charity StreetVet will be teaming up and participating in this year’s Brighton Pride Parade on Saturday 5th August 2023.
StreetVet, a national charity that provides free essential veterinary care and services to the pets of those experiencing homelessness, operates a fortnightly outreach in Brighton where their team of volunteer vets and vet nurses go out onto the streets to provide free essential veterinary care to the pets of those experiencing homelessness in the area.
Joining the team of StreetVet volunteers walking in the parade at this year’s Brighton Pride Parade are ManyPets, a Charity of the Year partner for StreetVet who are making a quarterly donation to help StreetVet continue their vital work, as well as getting employees involved in fundraising activities.
At this year’s Brighton Parade each StreetVet participant will be wearing a very special limited-edition t-shirt designed by local Worthing resident the legendary Hercule van Wolfwinkle who has so far raised over £94,400 for StreetVet with just over £5,500 needed to hit the next milestone target of £100,00!
The t-shirt will only be available to participants of the event and is not available for general sale. To help raise vital funds for StreetVet who have seen a 300% increase in the demand for their services since the cost of living crisis started, an auction is being held for two lucky members of the public to get their hands on one of the limited edition StreetVet & Hercule van Wolfwinkle designed Brighton Pride 23 t-shirts.
