A one day theory and practical wet lab course covering the essentials of the avian consultation, stabilisation, fluid therapy, anaesthesia, common diagnostics, radiography and emergency procedures. Delegates will gain knowledge and confidence in treating birds of prey, parrots, companion, aviary and wild birds. The hands-on practical gives the opportunity to work with a range of species and practice common clinical techniques.
