Sinusitis is a common disorder in horses and ponies in the UK. Whilst an \'umbrella\' diagnosis of sinusitis is relatively easy to make, finding out the cause can be much more difficult. This talk examined which diagnostic modalities are easy to perform in general practice as well as when it may be useful to refer cases for more complex work-up. Treatment options and prognosis after treatment were also covered.
