2720 views

Duration: 1 hour(s)
Cost: £30

This condition has a wide variety of causes and, while most cases are mild, some rapidly deteriorate with potentially life-threatening consequences, as well as possible zoonotic and contagion issues. It is vital that we choose and implement the correct diagnostic techniques to ensure the best outcomes for our patients

The aims of this session are that you will:

- Be informed about the common differential diagnoses for this often challenging condition, with an emphasis on a logical and practical step-by-step approach to clinical cases

- Learn which diagnostic tests help unravel the problem

- Learn how to collect meaningful diagnostic samples

- Learn how to interpret the results of these tests

This is followed by a section on suitable treatment options and an interactive discussion .The emphasis of the session is to build on your skills and to put forward realistic treatment options that you can implement in everyday practice.
