About this course
This webinar provides a brief introduction to fan beam CT technology used in veterinary practice.

This will help the learner to better appreciate the information provided on the images of a CT study and how to manipulate these images on the viewing station for optimal diagnostic yield. A brief comparison to the cone beam technology is also provided. Strategies and different methods for image display and review are presented. In the following, a detailed anatomical review of the structures of the canine head, neck, thorax and abdomen enables the learner to gain a thorough understanding of the cross-sectional anatomy, laying the basis for establishing anatomical diagnosis in diseased patients.
