About this course
How to perform neurology without MRI?

It is wrongly assumed that all neurology patients require advanced and expensive diagnostics, such as MRI. Although neurology is often considered a complex and challenging topic, breaking down the clinical presentation in easy-to-answer questions, makes these cases more manageable. We will learn how information from the clinical presentation of neurology patients can be used to recognise the most likely differential diagnosis.

Why do this course?
Even if you are not confident in neurology, easy-to-identify clinical characteristics can be used to recognise the most likely differential diagnoses. This will allow you to have a specific discussion with your clients about further diagnostics, treatment, and outcome.

This webinar is part of a series called: Neurology for the Clinical Practitioner

This series of webinars is aimed at those who feel uncomfortable and overwhelmed by neurology patients. We will discuss the basic principles and how to get started with neurology in practice.

Other webinars in this series are:

What is the nervous system and what happens if it doesn’t work?

How to perform a neuro exam in practice?

Further diagnostics in general practice: Spinal radiographs, myelography and cerebrospinal fluid analysis
