About this course
This webinar aims to simplify the confusing anatomy of the equine head. We will review the dental, bone, soft tissue, and paranasal sinus anatomy of the equine head. Common radiographic projections of the head and lesion-orientated projections, including those targeted at structures of the caudal head will be covered.
Comparison between computed tomographic and radiographic images will improve interpretation of radiographic findings. Common and rarer pathologies will be discussed, alongside findings pathognomonic for certain diseases.
Why do this course?
This course is aimed at practitioners wanting to improve their diagnostic work up of cases with pathology of the head, and their interpretation of head x-rays. We will discuss common conditions and those that may benefit from advanced imaging.
