About this course
Don’t let ultrasonography of the hock and stifle fill you with dread. This webinar offers a practical guide on how to perform and interpret an ultrasound scan of these joints.
This webinar will focus on how to perform a thorough ultrasound examination of the hock and stifle. We will link the anatomical structures with what we see on the screen. What structures are visible with ultrasound and which are not. How to detect abnormalities and what do they mean? We will also look at how to use Doppler in these regions.
Why do this course?
This webinar is particularly useful for those veterinarians seeing lame horses and want to improve their ultrasound scanning of the hock and stifle. We will ensure that even those with only basic ultrasound skills can approach scanning these joints with confidence.
