Join this well respected team in a well respected laboratory in the South East of ScotlandVetmatch are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a vet to join a friendly team in a well respected laboratory in the South East of Scotland.
This exciting role will primarily involve providing interpretation of farm animal diagnostic, clinical pathology and scheme test results and advising vet and farmer clients. This role will provide experience across this aspect of the veterinary sector including reporting for cattle health scheme submissions and general clinical pathology. There is also the possibility to take online management responsibilities for suitably experienced applicants.
The right candidate will have a veterinary degree and be a member of RCVS, will ideally have experience in veterinary investigation, ruminant clinical pathology and or cattle health scheme work. The client will consider applicants with farm animal experience and an interest in laboratory medicine.
The role is office based but our fantastic clients are willing to consider some remote working for the right applicant. The role is 32 hours a week. The salary is competitive.
