Noble Futures is proud to partner with a global leader in agricultural technology seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth in Northern Italy. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who understands the intersection of livestock productivity and cutting-edge technology.
With regular travel to farms and distribution partners, you will be the face of the brand in the region. You will balance a consultative approach with a drive for results, managing existing relationships while aggressively pursuing new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow revenues through the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing partners.
- Prospect for new leads across Northern Italy.
- Provide a personable, consultative sales approach on-farm, understanding the specific needs of dairy producers.
- Represent the business at major trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team and provide feedback on local market trends.
The Ideal Candidate
- Background: Previous on-farm dairy sales experience is essential. An agricultural degree is highly preferred.
- Expertise: A deep understanding of dairy fertility, nutrition, and impacts on productivity.
- Skills: Strong communication and IT skills (MS Office suite), with a proactive and autonomous work ethic.
- Location: Must be based in Northern Italy (ideally Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, or Veneto).
- Language: Native or fluent Italian and a competent level of English (reporting into the UK).
Package
- Salary: Up to €60,000 (depending on experience).
- Competitive bonus/commission structure.
- Company car.
