Business Development Manager - North UK & Scotland
Are you someone who enjoys taking real ownership of your region? Do you get a buzz from securing that meeting from a complete cold call, then securing the sale?
I am working with a fast-growing, innovative business within the animal health sector, offering a genuinely differentiated product that is gaining strong traction in the market.
This is a field-based role covering the North of the UK, where you’ll take responsibility for the full 360 sales process. With plenty of opportunity to shape your approach, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, building long-term partnerships, and establishing the brand across your region.
This position would suit someone who enjoys new business development and who is motivated by seeing the direct impact of their work - A true 'hunter' type!

What will you be doing?
- Developing new business opportunities across veterinary practices
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Representing the business at industry events
- Sharing market insights to support ongoing product development
Who are they looking for?
- Someone genuinely hungry to do well in a sales role - Whether this is your next move in sales or your first role in sales, the confidence & drive to succeed must be there.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Confidence in your ability
- Experience within animal health, agriculture, or a related sector (desirable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
