Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to feel truly valued as a vital part of a supportive veterinary team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RVN to join a progressive, friendly, and well-equipped independent practice in Central London.
Located just a short walk from a major Central London transport hub, this role offers a fantastic, stress-free commute alongside a varied and fulfilling daily workload.
Role & Schedule Details:
- Position: Registered Vet Nurse (Permanent)
- Working Pattern: 4 days per week
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends (time back given in lieu)
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Clinical Responsibilities & Environment:
- A varied daily caseload encompassing theatre work, monitoring general anaesthetics, laboratory work, blood sampling, ward nursing, and nurse consultations.
- Opportunities for coaching and mentoring team members.
- Occasional support cover across nearby sister practice locations.
- Well-established, popular community practice with a loyal, insured client base and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Supportive, founder-led independent practice group that actively encourages further qualifications and professional interests (including soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, internal medicine, ultrasound, ophthalmology, critical care, dermatology, and exotics).
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered or eligible).
- Highly competent in general nursing duties, including monitoring GAs, theatre procedures, lab work, and phlebotomy.
- Collaborative team player with excellent client focus and a passion for outstanding patient care.
