JR Veterinary is recruiting a Lead Veterinary Surgeon on behalf of a well-established, modern veterinary practice in Merseyside. The Role
Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE | 4 Days Per Week | 1 in 3 Saturdays
As Lead Vet, you will work closely with the Branch Partner to shape the clinical direction and long-term success of the practice. You will lead by example, mentor your clinical team and play a key role in building a positive, supportive workplace culture — all while delivering excellent hands-on clinical care.

The Practice
A well-equipped, modern practice — soon to be fully refurbished — with access to an impressive range of in-house facilities including:

What We're Looking For
- A qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care
- A natural mentor and leader who leads by example
- Someone who takes pride in building a positive, high-performing team culture
- An experienced GP vet confident in a wide range of clinical and surgical procedures
