Are you a passionate small animal Vet looking for a welcoming, supportive team to join this summer? On behalf of an excellent, independent practice near Wellingborough, we are seeking a Locum Vet to cover a maternity leave.
This is a fantastic 5-FTE vet practice that places a massive emphasis on "client delight" and high-quality care. If you love independent practice life and want a well-managed, organized workplace, you’ll fit right in!
🕒 The Rota & Shift Pattern
The practice is incredibly organized—rotas are fixed three months in advance so you can actually plan your life and holiday requests!
- Hours: 40 hours per week (averaged).
- The Routine: You’ll work a steady 37 hours every week, plus a 1 in 4 weekend rotation.
- Flexibility: Spread over 4 to 5 days per week (no fixed day off).
- Opening Hours: Mon–Fri: 8am – 7pm | Sat: 9am – 3pm | Sun: 10am – 3pm
- ❌ NO OOH | ❌ NO ON-CALL – Your time off is truly your own.
🏡 Accommodation & Pay
- Rate: Up to £475 per day, depending on experience. All payment methods are accepted.
- Accommodation: Accommodation nearby can be arranged for you, so no stress about commuting from afar!
