We are recruiting for a fantastic independent practice located near Weston-Super-Mare. Our client is looking for a passionate Small Animal Vet to join their close-knit team on a 6-month contract (with a high possibility of extension).
This is a practice that truly walks the talk when it comes to work-life balance and clinical excellence!
🗓️ The Working Pattern
Designed for a great lifestyle, the role offers a 3-day working week:
The Hours: Ideally 2 days (8:45 am – 5:00 pm) and 1 day (8:45 am – 7:00 pm).
Weekends: Just 1 in 6 Saturday mornings.
No OOH: Enjoy your evenings and weekends without being on call!
The Perks: They offer genuine admin time, 45–60 minute lunch breaks, and paid overtime for those rare late emergencies.
🏥 Clinical Standards & Facilities
Our client prides themselves on treating every patient like their own family pet.
Accreditations: They are an ISFM Silver Cat-Friendly and Dog-Friendly practice.
Supportive Environment: As a VNTC, you’ll be supported by a brilliant team of 3 RVNs, a trainee nearing qualification, and 2 VCAs.
The Tech: High-spec kit including im3 dental X-rays, Colour Doppler Ultrasound, and Tonovet.

💰 The Package
Salary: £40,000 – £64,000 per annum (pro-rata, depending on experience).
