Help Search Locate are looking for an ongoing locum veterinary surgeon to join an independent and friendly veterinary practice, located in Bury. The role is full-time ongoing with an ASAP start date and will continue during their recruitment gap as they expand. This role requires a confident individual capable of dealing with a range of clinical cases and surgeries.
The successful candidate will undertake a wide variety of duties, including general and non-routine surgery, consultations and inpatient checks. You will be expected to provide an exceptional standard of care to all patients. The role also involves working collaboratively with a team of vets, nurses and support staff to provide an exceptional level of care and service to clients.
This role offers a competitive salary of £450-500 per day and comes with private accommodation in the form of a flat onsite.
The working hours are:
Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 5pm
Saturday - 8.15am to 5pm however, consults finish at 12 then it is simply inpatients and emergencies
On-call work of 1 night a week and 2 weekends in 6.
