Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join their team at a small animal practice. Working alongside a vet, two nurses, a student nurse, two animal nursing assistants, three patient care assistants and two client care assistants you will be fully supported by a team of professionals.
As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for supporting the non-clinical day to day running of the practice as well as leading the team of Vet surgeons, nurses and staff. Alongside your administration duties you will have a strong emphasis on providing client care and assisting with financial and operational performance. The successful candidate will need to be able to prioritize their work based on deadlines and importance. A nursing and veterinary back round would be advantageous but is not required and experience within a management and leadership role would be beneficial.
This is a Full Time, Permanent role working 40 hours per week over five days, with no weekends or Out of Hours, however our client can be flexible to suit the rights candidate’s needs, with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year as well as a range of benefits including
