Are you ready to lead and guide our clients Area Managers in the vibrant Herts, Oxford, and West London Region? We're seeking a talented individual to step into this pivotal role and drive operational excellence across these locations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide leadership and direction to Area Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
🔹 Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business goals.
🔹 Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
🔹 Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
🔹 Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a positive work environment.
🔹 Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and provide support to the area management team.
Requirements:
🔸 Proven experience in a Veterinary managerial role, preferably in a multi-site operations environment.
🔸 Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
🔸 Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
🔸 Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
🔸 Knowledge of the veterinary industry is a must!
- Salary to £60,000
- 1 day home working per week
- 40 hours per week
- Must have own car and driving licence!
- Must have veterinary experience
