We have a rare opportunity for anyone with Veterinary/management experience to join a highly-regarded group as a Regional Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will come from a Veterinary background and be able to lead from the top and guide accordingly.
The role is 40 hours per week with 1 day working from home. You will need access to your own vehicle (driver’s license essential).
This is a key leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving results to help take the group from strength to strength. You will be responsible for leading and managing a large team of employees to ensure the successful operations of the practices within your region.
Within this position you will cover areas of West London, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. You hold regular meetings, manage budgets, drive innovation, support with recruitment and improve areas where necessary.
On offer is a generous salary of up to £60,000 alongside a market leading benefits package to accommodate all of your hard work.
