JR has a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a brand new Practice Manager role.
In this role you would be responsible for supporting the non-clinical day-to-day running a busy practice as well as managing and leading a team of Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses and support staff.
The right candidate would need:
** To consistently demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing colleagues and the practice.
** To be a natural leader, who is proactive, approachable and able to communicate confidently with people at all levels, building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
** To be confident in their own abilities to make balanced decisions under pressure; considering patients, owners and the practice, and able to prioritise work based on deadlines and importance.
Details:
- Up to £40,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
- No OOH, weekends or bank holidays
