We are located in a beautiful converted barn in the picturesque Surrey countryside, just next to the West Sussex border and only half an hour from Horsham and Guildford. With some wonderful natural attractions and good food and drink (even a delicious cafe directly opposite with home-made pizzas!), there is plenty to enjoy in your downtime.
About you
- We are looking for someone who is inspiring, enthused by progress, keen to continue to promote a culture of support and collaboration and who likes to develop their own loyal client base.
- Previous leadership experience would be ideal, but Vet Partners has excellent leadership training support in place (and practice has very experienced practice manager to support) so someone driven and motivated with a leadership career pathway in mind should also consider this role.
- Ideally, we are looking for someone with a surgical bias as plentiful surgical case load and superb nursing team to support.
The role
You would be joining our caring, experienced team of 1.5 vets, 6 RVNs, 1 student VN and 3 receptionists. Our highly supportive nursing team also run their own clinics and we have support from a local hospital allowing for excellent internal referrals.
Ideally you will work full-time 40 hours but we will consider part time and we are very open to discussing other hours to suit your needs. You will contribute to the development of a Saturday rota but a work/life balance can definitely be achieved - the latest finish will be 6:30!

Salary up to £74,000 dependant on experience
