JR is working on a special role for our client to help them find a caring, quick thinking and fast paced kind of Veterinary individual. You will need to have previous management experience, be capable of getting the best from the Veterinary teams and be open to new ideas/guidance.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a clinical background, however, very experienced Head Nurses or Practice Managers with a desire to organise, act quickly and achieve high standards will be considered.
You will be required to attend weekly meetings with the management team to review the previous week, look ahead, plus enjoy and brainstorm success in:
- Recruitment
- Retention
- Debt management
- Induction of new team members
- NPS feedback
- Surgery maintenance and equipment
- Marketing
- Up and coming events we love to celebrate
The role is based mainly in West London, but covering practices in Richmond, St. Margarets, Chiswick and Kew Gardens.
