Our experienced team of vets & support staff provide a highly specialised sports medicine service for the equine athlete, alongside providing diagnostic services and expertise for all clients horses. Driven by clinical excellence, we continually integrate the latest developments and invest in highest quality diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, enabling us to provide superior care for our patients. Based in East Wiltshire, we also have newly opened facilities nearby to give clients more choice and support.
What we are looking for
This is a managerial position ensuring the smooth running of the practice whilst engaging and delivering broader strategies for the future. Essential leadership skills required to motivate and develop the team to achieve their goals and guide them to success. Have a good knowledge of HR legislation, finance, Health & Safety and business administration. Ensure exceptional client and patient experiences, manage GDPR responsibilities together with client confidentiality and data security whilst having attention to detail. Leading and developing our reception team to ensure a continuous high standard of customer care. Pro-actively scan for issues, recognising challenges and potential opportunities and has the mental agility to implement solutions to problems before they arise. Has the ability to anticipate client and clinical team needs, with excellent organisational skills.
The job includes…
- Providing proactive support to our team in practice management and business development.
- Overseeing financial aspects with data analysis and reporting.
- Business administration including daily running of the practice, including new yard facilities
- Assisting with debt management, insurance claims, client issues, invoices and practice paperwork.
- Ensuring aherance to maintenance routines, health and safety & legislation.
- Assisting with recruitment, rotas, holiday, absence management & appraisals.
