About us
We are looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our excellent client care team at Nantwich Veterinary Hospital, in purpose built premises offering 24/7 veterinary care.
Joining our professional and personable team, you will be required to deliver exceptional care by going above and beyond, providing our patients and their owners with a first class service.
The role
The role will involve answering calls, making appointments, taking payments and ensuring the practice is safe, clean and well stocked. There are also administration tasks such as scanning/data input involved in the role.
We have full time options available and shifts cover the hours between 8am and 9pm. Weekends and bank holidays are worked on a rota basis and paid as overtime rates.

Key accountabilities
Skills and experience
Reception/administration experience is essential however on the job training and support will be provided. You must share our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive and have a positive attitude and great communication skills. There are times when you would be required to deal with clients and their pets in somewhat distressing circumstances and a thoughtful approach is essential. The ability to work well under pressure and have good problem solving skills is also a requirement.
