We’re currently recruiting for a Locum Veterinary Receptionist to join a busy and friendly small animal practice in North London on an ongoing basis.
This role is also open to experienced VCA (Veterinary Care Assistant) or PCA (Patient Care Assistant) professionals who are confident in a front-of-house position.
🐾 The Role:
- Front-of-house reception duties in a fast-paced practice
- Booking appointments and managing the diary
- Handling client queries in person and over the phone
- Processing payments and general admin
- Supporting the clinical team where required
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice (reception, VCA, or PCA)
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
