We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our client’s team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a veterinary practice. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is highly desirable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure all paperwork is complete
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Handle payments, invoices, and insurance claims efficiently
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
This is a part-time position working maximum 20 hours a week. Potential to be part of the shared Saturday rota.
