Noble Futures is seeking an agile and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join our team on a part-time basis.
As an integral member of our organisation and reporting to the Operations and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for a variety of operational, marketing and general business tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the business.
- Maintain records of sales and assist in tracking performance metrics.
- Share the latest job vacancies across various platforms.
- Assist the team in securing sustainable and economical travel bookings for business-related purposes.
- Support the Operations and Marketing Director with varied tasks within operations, marketing and finance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or business support roles.
- Experience within an animal or agricultural related industry or similar environment would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Xero software would be a benefit but not essential.
- Commitment to upholding the values and reputation of Noble Futures.
Benefits:
- Up to £24,000 per year, based on Full Time (pro rata'd for part-time)
