With a leadership team that includes an RVN Business Partner, this practice ensures that the nursing voice is always heard at the table. You will join a 60-strong team across three sites, where mutual respect and work-life balance are lived values, not just words.
The Role: Empowered Nursing
In this role, you aren’t just a support staff member; you are a clinical lead. The group empowers its RVNs to utilize their full skill set, including Schedule 3 surgical procedures, acupuncture, and complex inpatient care.
- Clinical Support: You’ll be backed by a Clinical Nurse Manager and an extensive team of 14 Vets and 14 RVNs.
- Modern Environment: Each clinic is equipped with high-spec tools, including multiparameter monitors, ultrasound, and fluid pumps, ensuring you have everything you need to deliver excellence.
- Development: With three Clinical Coach RVNs on-site, the environment is perfect for continuous learning and professional growth.
The Rota & Flexibility
- Tailored To You: Whether you are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time hours, the practice is happy to tailor a rota to fit your individual needs.
- Weekends: A manageable 1 in 4 Saturday rotation.
- Balance: Absolutely no OOH responsibilities..
