A 40-hour per week full-time position is currently available. The opportunity includes working four days per week, with flexibility for part-time arrangements. Responsibilities involve rotation across various departments, including surgery, wards, admitting, discharging, pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, outpatient procedures, and nurse clinics.
Shifts are scheduled at different times, such as 07:30 – 17:30, 08:30 – 18:30, 09:30 – 19:30, and 16:00 – 23:30 (1x Mon-Fri, 1 in every 12 weeks). Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays occur on a rotational basis (1 in 5) with Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) provided.
The position offers a generous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) allowance, encouraging and supporting certification and diploma pursuits. The workplace is a well-established and well-equipped 24-hour emergency hospital with dedicated night-time services.
