About the team and culture
Our brilliant team is made up of 3 part-time, small animal vets – 1 who is our lead vet, 2 registered veterinary nurses, - 1 who is our clinical coach, 1 animal care assistant, 2 client care coordinators, and our practice manager. The practice is small animal only, except for the occasional exotic pet and a small amount of wildlife we see. Areas of interest which can be covered in nurse clinics are encouraged too so if you have a passion for a particular area, we are happy to listen and learn from new team members. We are also a nurse training practice and strongly encourage CPD to support interests where possible. Our successful candidate will be encouraged to help develop the less experienced team members with support from the vets.
