Role
We are recruiting a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well‑established, independent small animal practice based in the north‑west Peak District. This is a full-time, hands‑on nursing role offering a varied caseload, strong clinical involvement and genuine work‑life balance.
The position would suit an RVN who is confident working independently, enjoys being busy, and values being part of a stable, long‑standing team.
Practice
This is a friendly, independent small animal practice with an excellent local reputation and a loyal client base. The team consists of two vets and three to four nurses, creating a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Staff retention is a real strength of the practice, with most nurses having stayed for over 10 years, including a senior nurse who has been with the business for 27 years. The practice is very surgically capable, allowing nurses to be actively involved in theatre work and advanced procedures.
