Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for the next step in your career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior RVN to lead a friendly and growing nursing team in a modern, well-equipped practice in Devon.
About the Role
This is an incredible chance to join a close-knit team in a RCVS-accredited small animal practice with an ISFM Silver Cat Friendly status. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team, including 1 full-time RVN, 2 SVNs, and 1 VCA, supporting a highly experienced lead vet.
As Senior RVN, you’ll play a key role in:
✅ Leading and mentoring the nursing team
✅ Overseeing clinical standards and patient care
✅ Supporting student nurses – clinical coach training available
✅ Contributing to the development and expansion of the practice
