About the Role
As a Senior RVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring junior team members, and assisting with clinical procedures. You will work alongside a close-knit team, consisting of one full-time RVN, two Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs), and one Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA). The practice prides itself on fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture, ensuring both staff and patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high standards of nursing care to patients
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including SVNs and VCAs
- Assisting with surgical and medical procedures
- Engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service and patient advice
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with vets and support staff

Requirements
