What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the veterinary nursing team, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality patient care.
- Maintain and implement clinical nursing protocols and SOPs, aligned with best practice standards.
- Oversee day‑to‑day nursing operations, including inpatient care, theatre workflow, and treatment schedules.
- Remain hands‑on clinically, supporting surgical, diagnostic, and inpatient nursing activities.
- Mentor and develop nurses through structured guidance, feedback, and CPD planning.
- Contribute to service development, including refinement of workflows and expansion of nurse‑led services.
- Support use of digital practice management systems and clinical record keeping.
- Collaborate with veterinary surgeons and support teams to ensure smooth case flow and patient safety.
