Are you looking to join a strong team within a well-established practice? Then this is the role for you. You will be working alongside an amazing nursing team that keeps everything going to plan! This practice is soon to be installing a CT scanner and are really excited about the development of this in the coming year as well as able to offer excellent equipment options on-site including, laparoscopy, endoscopy (rigid and flexible), dental x-ray, ultrasound, full lab including iStat, plus hydrotherapy and physiotherapy. This is a 24-hour hospital in the heart of a beautiful town within a stone’s throw of the famous Jurassic coast. This team pride themselves on providing excellent care to their patients who also run their own emergency services clinic with a dedicated night team for out-of-hour cover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- To be a caring professional
- Have a motivated approach
- Deliver consistent care to all patients and clients
- Support with surgeries and procedures
- Carry out nurse led appointments
- Deliver patient monitoring and care
- Manage admissions and transfers to OOH or enhanced care
- Dispense and check medication
- Hold briefings to engage and co ordinate the team to support the most effective way to run the practice
- Experience working as part of team
- Experience supporting nurse consults
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Excellent communication skills
This is a Perm, Part Time role working 25.63 hours a week from 6.45pm – 7am, Wednesday to Sunday nights every other week.
This role offers a salary up to £24,050 DOE and a range of benefits including
