What You’ll Do
This is a predominantly clinical role (approximately 80%), supporting advanced medical and surgical caseloads across the hospital. Alongside hands‑on nursing duties, you will:
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and line management for the nursing team.
- Support effective patient management, ensuring continuity of care across departments.
- Mentor and develop nurses, building confidence and capability through coaching and structured feedback.
- Contribute to clinical protocols, workflow efficiency, and continuous improvement within the hospital.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and leadership teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality patient care.
- Support a busy referral caseload, including complex and specialised cases as the hospital continues to expand its services.
