We, Leapfrog Recruitment have a VERY exciting job opportunity for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join our clients Veterinary Practice situated in Cheltenham.
Your role would involve managing a multi branch team of RVN's, SVN's and Support Staff supported by a deputy HVN and branch Head Nurses. Working closely with other management team members to implement changes, ensure new protocols are updated and assist with the smooth running of the practice. And be involved in some hands on clinical nursing including complex cases and clinical coaching.
Working rota:
- 4 days a week, 37.25hrs
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
- No OOHs
Salary is up to £41,000 p/a and is complemented with an excellent benefits package.
